To all club members,

Please be advised that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the Sandford Rifle Club will be held on Saturday 10 October at the Lauderdale Hotel (Tavern) commencing at 10:30 am.  The Lauderdale Hotel is located at 464 South Arm Road and offers plenty of easy parking out front.

A meeting notice (which includes the agenda) has been circulated to all members via email, so please check your in-boxes.  Limited printed copies of the 2014 AGM minutes and 2014-15 financial statements will be available on the day, so please consider printing a copy and bringing them along if needed.

All club members are encouraged to attend.  Prospective new members are also encouraged to come along and introduce themselves.

Counter meals will be available afterwards from midday.
